I'm Daniel Plotkin
I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the world of training and muscle science.
I’ve worked as a trainer using evidence informed methods to get people into great shape. I’ve also conducted many exercise science studies, with a specific focus on muscle growth.Â
Early on in my career I realized that staying sharp as a coach, researcher, and science communicator requires organization.
So I started building detailed spreadsheets—Muscle Sheets—to track the growing body of research on muscle growth. I logged study designs, training programs, outcomes, and more.Â
When I showed them to friends and colleagues who kept up with the research they loved them and thought they were extremely useful.Â
So I turned Muscle Sheets into a living product. If you at all enjoy muscle science I know this will be useful to you.Â
